Some entrepreneurs and bloggers don’t put any efforts into naming their businesses; or that’s how it seems going by what their businesses are named. Some do. I won’t discuss those that I think are not great but rather roll out those domain names I think are good-looking …
You’re free to contribute names in the pet care industry that are better than the others.
BlogPaws.com – a nice name with the necessary pointers to what their business is about – paws. BlogPaws is focused on teaching pet enthusiasts, pet bloggers and all pet parents how to use social media effectively and responsibly.
AdoredBeasts.com – This animal healthcare products company name connects with people’s passion and emotions while featuring the object of that affection, their pet animal.
Petfinder.com – this one simply gets on its purpose and creates a name out of it. Petfinder is an online, searchable database of animals who need homes, a directory of nearly 11,000 animal shelters and adoption organizations across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Organizations maintain their own home pages and available-pet databases.
PetsAtHome.com – quite clear, and straightforward. I am not 100% sure about the athome part of the name. Maybe it means pets are comfortable with them? At least one thing is clear about this name – it is about pets.
Petcube.com – short and broad. That’s why Petcube can be used to name a company providing fun (tech gadgets) strictly for pets. This same name could be a pet products retailer, a vet marketplace or even a pet shelter.
That’s an angle of great names, they are useful across the breadth of the industry.
Clearly this one from pamper, and it is a nice twist to the original word. It is not hard to figure out Pampet wants to sell you products and services for spoiling pets.
Tails links the business name to pets and animals. This one is also nice because they can use the TTT acronym in a logo form, I don’t think this dog walking service does that for now. At 12 characters it isn’t long. May not win the greatest name, but it is decent.
